BizTalk Server 2020 map fails

We are trying to migrate BizTalk server from 2016 to 2020, when we build the map projects it thrown error Microsoft.XLANGs.BaseTypes.dll is not valid, we removed the reference from Map project and added back from BizTalk installation directory and it successfully built with no errors. when we deploy the solution containing maps and tested with input file we are receiving error as "Details:"Method not found: 'Boolean Microsoft.BizTalk.ScalableTransformation.BTSXslTransform.get_UseObsoleteDnfTransform()'." ", i have created small new project with schema and map for testing if the issue is with migrated code, when i tested the map with generate instance test map fails with no error not sure why. i have deployed the newly created project with one map and tested with outbound maps with receive portname as filter i am getting the same output as input without tranformation. please let me know if anyone has faced similar issue or if you can suggest me what can be done to overcome the issue. let me know if more details required for your answer.
