I have provided an answer in Q& A as below:

But, when I submitted, I received below message. Is this new feature? I am a contributor to forums so long, never see n such moderation in answers, so wondering its only for instance or new rule added to the book?

    The SQL forums just recently migrated and as such the spam detection rules are having to be modified to accept the terminology, sql, etc.
