3rd party updates always breaks my SUP or database

Has anyone else experienced the behavior, that after using and syncing 3rd party updates to Lenovo, Dell or HP, the SUP becomes unstabled and first thing is, that OSD does not hook up updates anymore?

    Hi @Pavel yannara Mirochnitchenko ,

Based on my experience and searching, there seems to be no such case.

The SUP becomes unstabled, could we know what exactly it looks like? OSD does not hook up updates anymore, the update is the third party update mentioned above? If so, we could deploy the 3rd update by software update in sccm.

Here is the article we could refer to:

When SUP is broken, OSD does not hook up anything, also including MS patches. I am not sure 100%, it might be possible that updates would still appear on Software Center on a Desktop. I have re-build SUSDB again and also took off the WSUS App pool memory limitation from 4GB to 0. We would need to wait until next time this dies.

With HP catalog it worked, but after I added Dell catalog, it broke again. With OSD, computers fail to install patches.

I am wondering, is it possible that I have too little ram? Maximun ram I can set to PS is 20gb. 4-10gb goes to SQL and WSUS App pool is set to unlimited. Considering the fact that this is a lab and I have only 3 clients there right now.
