I redirected a domain to a Square Space site, while my customer needs the subdomain directed to Azure nameserver. But now I can't find it.

Hello, I'd be so grateful to anyone that could help me re-establish the connection to my url from godaddy to a site that is running on Azure. I was trying to change my external domain to a Square Space site for better sales/features. I inadvertently changed the configuration for the subdomain/another url which is needed for my customer site. I went back and deleted the connection to Square Space. However, I don't know how to get things reconnected for my domain to the Azure and the original settings/nameserver/dns.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Do I need to create a new DNS record for it or nameserver?

Thank you for any help in advance!

    Hi Susie,
Are you saying you want to transfer a domain from another provider over to Azure?
If so then here's some recommended steps.

If you have a domain registration in Azure and you're trying to make a change can you share your current domain configuration and provide more details on your question?

    Hi @Susie Heath

What did you change? did you change the nameserver or just a DNS record? Each is easy to solve, but the solution is fairly different
