Microsoft IIS SSL Certificate "Export" option missing

You can try setting "PrivateKeyExportable" to "true" in Settings.json configuration file.

You can find from IIS Manager documentation that this menu item and its associated dialog are only useful when you try to export the server certificate with its private key,

Thus, if the certificate you installed does not allow the private key to be exported any more (an option selected during certificate installation), IIS Manager won't show the Export menu item to you.

If you do need the original certificate and want to install it to another machine, you must ask who from your team keeps the original copy before installing on this machine, or you have to request a new certificate from the CA.
