HAAD windows autopilot time out error

we are deploying HAAD windows autopilot for new win 10 devices for our client and have notices almost all deployment getting timed out at device setup after 2 hour( limit is set to 120 minutes for ESP). we have about 8 application ( Office + Edge+ company portal+ SCCM client+4 other packaged app including carbon black agent) and one script targeted at device level. Can it be the delay and timeout is due to carbon black agent trying to establish connectivity with cloud or any application like Office causing the delay? any help to monitor or suggestion is appreciated!!

    There's no way for anyone to know without examining the log files. There is no monitoring either, only log files since the process itself is controlled on the device itself.
