However, when I set the Delay Delivery, it doesn't work, and Outlook will send the e-mail after 3 minutes: I don't know if this is a bug, by design, or just a bad configuration.

Hi @Nuno Bajanca , Based on my test, when I write an email, then click on the Edit to change the default time. After I press send, the email will be kept in my sent items like the screenshoot:

Yes, I did.
When did you send the email? According to the official document, when you're composing an email in Outlook, Delay delivery will work for the following scenarios:

When all recipients in the To field are outside of their working hours.

When you're sending an email to just one recipient in the To field, and that recipient has an automatic out-of-office reply set up in Outlook.

When you are outside of your working hours.

I have the delay delivery. I get suggestions, and I'm able to edit.

I will show you step by step:

Write a message:

Accept the suggestion:

Send (picture after opening the e-mail in the "sending" folder)

I hope this helps explain the behavior. I believe it is applying my Defer Delivery rule on top of the Delay Delivery.
