FormRecognizer throwing Image too large error

When passing a pdf document of size 4.93 MB, Form Recognizer is throwing an error - "message": "The input image is too large. Refer to documentation for the maximum file size."

PDF file with size 4.01MB also shows the same error.

Hey @romungi-MSFT

Thanks for your response. We are using v1. The size is > 4 MB for the files which are throwing that error. Resolved it by splitting the pdf into multiple pdfs.

@Shreeram Mandaleeka Which version of the API are you using? I remember v1 version of the API had a limit of 4MB but v2 and v3 support a higher limit.
Does any other document with lesser size work?

Are you using the document to train or analyze? Is it with the SDK or REST API or the studio?

I am having the same issue. My PDF is 38 pages at 51mb. I'm using the Studio API version:2024-02-29 (Preview). The sample document included works, but I get this error when attempted to process my document.
