I have noticed that Msoft take the DD for 365 Business on the invoice date (or there abouts) instead of due date. I can tell this as they use the Invoice reference on the payment... I have onlyjust noticed this...

Am i correct many thanks?

@Benjamin Jones Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

For this issue, it is not related to windows 365. Windows 365 is a cloud-based service that automatically creates a new type of Windows virtual machine (Cloud PCs) for your end users.

This issue is more related to billing or payment. I'm not a support engineer of it and know little about it. So, it is suggested to contact Microsoft 365 for business to get more help.

    Thanks for your understanding.
