Delay Delivery vide Viva Insights Plan

Hi Team,

Currently we are facing an issue accessing the Delay Delivery Plan with the Viva Insight Add-In. We are currently using an Office 365 Business Standard License. Could you help us re-enable this Tool in Outlook, as it was a very invaluable tool for our Organisation.

The same issue came to the note of other Office 365 Users, as well and we are attaching the Forum Thread below for your furtherance :

    Do you mean:

    1.the Delay Delivery option is missing in Viva insights add-in

    2.the mailtip of Delay Delivery doesn't appear when you send an email

    If scenario 1, can you see and enable the option in this link?

    If scenario 2, please make sure it meets one of the following scenarios when you are sending an email:

    • When all recipients in the To field are outside of their working hours.
    • When you're sending an email to just one recipient in the To field, and that recipient has an automatic out-of-office reply set up in Outlook.
    • When you are outside of your working hours.

    I am not having access to both :

    1. The Delay Delivery option is missing in Viva insights add-in
    2. The Mailtip of Delay Delivery doesn't appear when you send an email

    Under Scenario 1, I am not able to either see or enable the option.

    Scenario 2, sometimes appears when we work on Offline hours.
