I want to do SCCM administration course. Please let me know where can I find the new course outline.

    The certification that you have linked is retired, as you can see from the 70-703 exam page over here:

    The new certifications for SCCM / MECM will be par tof the Microsoft 365 certifications which you will find over here:
    https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/learn/certifications/browse/?products=m365
