Can't login to new Microsoft 365 account.

I purchased Microsoft 365 and I'm getting an error when trying to login with my email address xxxxxxx@hoiaung .com that I used to set up the account. It says the domain name yyyyy.com isn't in our system.

I tried the phone number I used with the same error.

I have an email from Microsoft saying thanks for your purchase and an order number with additional resources to help, but not with this problem

    If you are using your own custom domain (example yyyyy.com) you will need to connect your domain to Office 365:

    1) You need to sign up for Microsoft 365 Business:

    2) Connect your domain to Office 365:
