Changing Profile picture in Microsoft Teams

Hello

I Cannot change profile picture on my account. I can do it only by changing it on mobile app.

Please can someone help how to change it on the Teams Desktop app and Teams web client.

When i take the cursor to my profile picture it does nothing.

You absolutely can change it I just did so on my teams follow the instructions given and it does work. I actually used a downloaded avatar.

By clicking on your profile, then clicking on the image, making a selection for it, and then choosing the appropriate image for you

You cannot update your photo through MS Teams.

To update your user photo in Microsoft 365, follow these steps:

Sign in to Microsoft 365, or Outlook on the web.

Select the circle in the upper-right corner of the page that shows your initials or an icon of a person.

In the My accounts window, select the circle that shows your initials or an icon of a person.

In the Change your photo pop-up window, select Upload a new photo, and then select and upload your photo.

Select Apply to set your user photo.

My account is and not a guest. I am using admin account. I am not able to login with the link provided because this is not a personal account, my account is created in organization panel.

I have tried to change my photo using web client of teams and the desktop app. Not working.

I have tried to change my photo using https://myaccount.microsoft.com/ . Not working
I have tried to change any other users’ photo using https://admin.microsoft.com/ . Not working

I am not able to change my profile picture using any of these methods.

As I said during your call, I can change my photo only with mobile app.

If neither the web client nor the desktop client can use it. We recommend that you could change to a new device to try to log in to your account.

Not sure if you already found the answer to your question but yes you can. You need to go to the Microsoft Admin Center and sign in as an admin. From there you can access the users accounts and change their profile pictures.

Is it possible in teams to crop or adjust the profile picture, where Im able to do in ios mobile but not in android or web applications. Can someone help me on this ?
