Running FTP Server on Windows 365 Business 2 vCPU, 8 GB, 128 GB Virtual Machine?

Hi All! Originally posted this in the Microsoft 365 and Office forum, but they told me to post it here. I currently am test driving a Windows 365 Business 2 vCPU, 8 GB, 128 GB virtual computer. I have a few biz apps that require to run as a tiny lightweight server (like an SVN or FTP style app). Is that possible to connect to from the internet directly to my virtual machine to access these running servers? I'm not sure what URL or IP I would use to do so? Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but it's the closest thing I could find searching.
