I don't know why it happend but the cursor has been appeared and I would like to make it disappeared.

    What version of OneNote did you use?
    I have the same cursor in OneNote and I'm using OneNote for Microsoft 365.
    In my opinion, this is the by default feature in OneNote, you can try to give a feedback to Microsoft about your requirement:
