Requirement of Peering between vWAN hub and Hub vNET to migrate the existing gateway to vWAN

Hi Experts,
we need suggestions on best practices to migrate the S2S tunnels from VPN gateway to vWAN hub with minimal downtime. our plan is to use existing Hub as shared services vNET and peer with vWAN hub. we were able to form parallel tunnels on vWAN hub but can't peer both the vNET's since it doesn't support peer between hubs having gateways. Please let me know how we can establish peering between them.
PFB image and let me know if we achieve communication between both hubs through transit vNET.

Could you please share some more details on your existing setup?
Per design, in order to connect a Vnet to a virtual hub, the remote virtual network can't have a gateway.
If I understand correctly, your existing IT Hub Vnet has a VPN gateway deployed in it. What about the vWAN hub? Does it have any gateway?
Does your requirement align with the scenario explained in the below doc?

Thanks for the response, Yes we have gateways on both existing Hub vNET and vWAN Hub. Also we formed the parallels tunnels from on-premise locations. Our target is to migrate the connectivity coming from IN premise to existing Hub vNET to vWAN hub and use Hub vNET as shared services vNET by peering between them.
Please let me know any suggestions how we can achieve it seamless cutover.
Also as stated earlier, is there way to achieve the connectivity via transit vNET.

Thank you for the details.
With your current setup, the transition you are looking for is not possible without downtime.
Normal Vnet peering with transit routing will not work here and in order to connect your existing IT Hub Vnet to your vWAN virtual hub, the IT Hub vnet can't have a gateway (by design limitation).To migrate to vWAN, it would require downtime.
