Before using hot restart to deploy a .NET MAUI app to a locally connected iOS device, you must have an Apple Developer account and paid Apple Developer Program enrolment. It can be an enterprise Apple Developer account or Individual account, which means your team. You can open VS, go to Tools->Options->Xamarin->Apple Accounts -> Add, then add your Apple account, and you can click View Details to check the certificates and provisioning profiles.
