Azure app service plan and all apps non responsive

Hi,
One of our app service plans in S2 tier has stopped responding. All metrics flat lined since a specific time. There are 6 app services and by no means are heavily used. All the apps show healthy status including the service plan. However, none of the applications are responding. We've had no new deployment or change.
We're worried that we haven't been able to find what is going on and also that all "Statuses" including health ones show "Green". We need help.
