Are you wanting to do this per machine or when it was approved in wsus?
How to list all KBs approved/declined in a date range?

I'd like to run a report that shows which KBs have been approved or declined within a data range. It's helpful to have this information at-hand when trying to diagnose an issue related to a particular windows update - such as "did this weird problem happen after installing this update? When did I approve that update?"
I've started poking around in the SUSDB database and come up with a query that seems reasonable.
But I wonder if there's a better way about it?

2.Generate patch report from WSUS
Which one do you want?
Demand 1 can be meet by powershell command or wmic command
Demand 2, you need to ask for help from scripting forum
