I'm using teams on linux, it's been working just fine until last night when I updated it, now when I join a group call it works for a moment and then it kicks me out and crashes, plus if someone shares his screen, I can't see it, please help this is blocking me.

What is your version of Teams for Linux client?
Does anyone else have the same issue in your organization?
In roder to make sure if this issue is related to Teams client, we recommend you try to use Teams web client on chrome to see if this issue still persist.
Besides, you can try to uninstall Teams client and reinstall it manually by following this link's instruction:

Same issue here - obviously different organization. If joining via Google Chrome browser, the screen sharing works fine.
Teams Native Client: 1.3.00.16851 (64-bit) - reinstalled DEB to verify

I have the same issue, also a different org.
Teams Native Client: teams-1.3.00.16851-1.src.rpm
OS: Fedora 32 on Linux 5.8.9-200
CPU: AMD Ryzen Threadripper 1950X
GPU: Sapphire AMD Vega 64
Memory: 32GB, 16GB free
I've observed that when I first install this version of teams, I have the "old" looking UI that's been around for me since about March (with slight modifications). Starting or joining a call in that UI keeps the call in the same window and the call works. After some time - usually a few hours - if I join another call, I'm given a new UI. This new UI opens the call in a separate window and has different formatting. In the new UI, the call will crash without having displayed any video within about 30 seconds, though the time to crash is variable and I've seen as low as a second or two. This crash with the new UI also seems to also occur even if I have inbound and outbound video turned off.
