big VBA macro-execution suddenly slow

i've made a little "software" using excel + VBA so i can automate and speed up the process to plan our factory production.
well, out of nowhere the macro execution is super slow on win10/excel 2016, but still perform really well on old excel/window systems

i'm actually sad and i have no clue at all on what path to follow to try to fix this... any advice? (its not the firs ttime that a macro starts having problems out of nowhere ON NEWER WIN SYSTEMS/EXCELS VERSIONS!
