As a developer can I use the Microsoft 365 developer platform and the Fluent UI react based framework to build any kind of application, not necessarily office apps?

In other words, what are the applications that I can build and cannot build using the Microsoft 365 developer platform and the Fluent UI react based framework?

    Microsoft 365 Developer Platform could help you extend Microsoft 365, not necessarily Office apps, you could build solutions for Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint Framework, SharePoint Add-ins, and more.
