we have two types of VMware hosts
Dell R710 and R720.package created on R720.Would i need to create two different appv packages one for R710 and R720 2012R2.Adding the office package on R710 2012R2 where the chipset is different, but why only outlook, puzzling.

There only appears to be a 64-bit version of this hotfix. Is there a 32-bit version please?

Why is there a reboot which can not be suppressed after unattended installation?

We didn't experience forced reboots AFAIK.
This is how we call the installer:
    AppV5.0SP2-Client-KB2963211.exe /ACCEPTEULA /CEIPOPTIN=0 /ENABLEPACKAGESCRIPTS=1 /NORESTART /Q
