This information appears incorrect.  I found the key under HKLM, not HKCU.  Is this correct?  The fix did not work for me.  Trying to uninstall IE9 next.  Firefox is better anyway!

I WAS having issues installing Netflix in Windows Media Center. Here is how I fixed it. First of all I am running Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and I belong to my own domain here at home with a roaming profile. (Don't ask why). I had to re install Microsoft Silver-light and delete my old roaming profile and start with a new one. After that i stopped getting the 'There was a problem during installation. Please try again later'. If you don't belong to a Domain and youor have a local profile (you will have a local profile if you don't belong to a domain) then you will need to remove that profile before it will work. Simply delete your username in the C:Users<your username here> and re create your profile. If you do belong to a domain like in my case, I deleted my roaming profile on my server and allowed a new one to be created. I also deleted my username from Active Directory and created a new one with the same name with the same location of my old roaming profile. Obviously the new profile was empty and I had to redo all of my settings and library's. Was kind of a pain in the neck but it worked and I can now watch Netflix from Windows Media Center. I no longer get the   'There was a problem during installation. Please try again later'.
