MSDN Flash: Volume 13, Number24 - November 23, 2009
Editorial News and Notes from Mike Benkovich
There's a lot to talk about that's new in the technology world these days. From the recent launch of Windows 7 and the Windows Server products to trying out the new betas of Visual Studio and Office, to the tools for making us more productive and effective, it's hard to keep up with all the latest things. For example, if you're looking to buy a new laptop, how do you find the right one? One new place you might look is Bing Visual Search, which features a gallery of over a thousand computers you can compare by weight, price and size.
Of course, if you want to find out firsthand what's possible with all this technology stuff, I can suggest you check out an old standby that's been brought up to date, with a list of the latest Microsoft events for developers - msdnevents.com. You can also check out the user group map on the community connection page on my Web site. Not only are there pins for user groups, but also pins from Community Megaphone, which lists events coming to your area. Check it out, and we'll see you on the road.
Enjoy!
Mike
