Steve Fox has worked in IT for over fifteen years. For ten of those years he has worked at Microsoft in the areas of natural language, search, and more recently SharePoint and Office development in the Developer and Platform Evangelism group. He is currently a Sr. Evangelism Manager and works with developers, business owners and managers, and technical decision makers to help them understand how they can leverage Microsoft technologies. Steve regularly speaks to developers worldwide and has contributed to numerous technical books and articles. Recent titles include Microsoft SharePoint 2007 Development using Silverlight 2 (Wrox), Microsoft .NET and SAP (MSPress) , and the forthcoming Beginning SharePoint 2010 Development (Wrox) . Steve received his Ph.D. from the University of Washington, with a focus on social computing, and currently resides in Seattle, Washington.
