    Does it need to be .NET 3+, Dan? I submitted Comicster to the Express Heroes promotion about three years ago, and had many discussions with a lovely lass from Microsoft. She even gave me a glimpse of an article that was going to run, but then the whole promotion just disappeared. I'd gladly submit Comicster to this promotion, too, but will it be worth it?

    For what it's worth: I did, and it wasn't. Last I heard was a note assuring me that "I will make sure someone gets back to you." That was in Janurary of 2009. Seems like this promotion died just like the same thing back in 2006.
