Azure media player streaming not working on Windows Server

Recently i came across a problem where while running azure media player in I.E 11 and on windows server, the video streams for 5 seconds and then stops streaming. 

 

Solution for this problem is :

in the Run window type "Services.msc"  and start "Windows Audio" service.  This will resolve the streaming issue.
