Communicator Web Access 2007 R2 Dial-in Conferencing Settings are blank
Problem: You logon to The Dial-in Conferencing Settings page (https://<cwaserverwebsitefqdn>/dialin) powered by Communicator Web Access 2007 R2 and Sign in and the Personal Identification Number information as shown by the Assigned Conference Information is blank or empty and the following error message is displayed "The server is currently unavailable, If the problem persists, contact your system administrator."
Environment: OCS 2007 R2 Standard or Enterprise Edition with Communicator Web Access 2007 R2 Server
Cause: The Meeting policy assigned to the Forest or User has not been configured to Enable PSTN conference dial-in.
Resolution: Open the Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 R2 management console.
Right-click the Forest and select Properties/Global Properties
Click the Meetings tab
If you have a Global Policy selected in the drop down select that policy below and click Edit.
In the Edit Policy window Enable PSTN conference dial-in. Also enable PSTN conference dial-in requires passcode if you want to require a passcode.
You may have to wait for Active Directory replication or you can restart the Front End services
