Updated the Votive page on wix.sourceforge.net

We've been missing information about Votive on our official WiX web page, so I updated the web site. You can check it out at https://wix.sourceforge.net/votive.html. It also has some screen shots.

  Do you have a bug/Feature ticket open for this? I looked but I could not find one.   I would just like to monitor this one so I know when you get around to it thanks
