MVMC 3.0 Releases and adds support for P2V

Microsoft recently released the latest version of the MVMC tool, version 3.0 (MVMC 3.0). In this release, the big news is the addition of P2V functionality. 

MVMC 3.0 allows:

  • convert virtual machines and disks from VMware hosts to Hyper-V hosts AND to Windows Azure
  • convert physical machines and disks to Hyper-V hosts
