The importance of Enterprise 2.0

Andrew McAfee has been talking to industrialists about Enterprise 2.0 and getting the same reaction that I have been getting. I also totally agree with his conclusion:

Enterprise 2.0, in other words, is about new communities, not communities' new plumbing. If we keep talking about the plumbing we're going to lose the attention of business leaders. And that would be a shame.
