How do I enable the calendar view in Microsoft Planner?

This question arose from the November 2017 video. The screen shot is from a plan I created by visiting https://tasks.office.com and signing in with my Office 365 corporate account. I circled the Schedule tab, which provides various calendar-oriented views, including the one shown. If you don't see the Schedule tab when you visit https://tasks.office.com, then this feature has most likely not been deployed into your Office 365 tenant yet.

    Is there a way to speed up/request deployment? This is the one thing holding me back from implementing it with the rest of the team.

      The short answer is no, I do not believe there is a way to control when most changes to the SERVICE are rolled out on your particular Office 365 "tenant". Keep in mind there are ways to control CLIENT feature updates. I hope to post some more guidance concerning this question as it comes up often.

      The short answer is that I do not believe there a way to control or determine when updates to the service appear in your specific Office 365 tenant. Note that this comment is related to the updates to the SERVICE. CLIENT update cadence can be controlled, and I have another post on this in the blog.

    Hey all! I'm a PM on the Planner team and have been working on the Schedule feature above. We're in the final phases of development and should be rolling this out after a few more tests!       Can't wait for this feature. It's what most of our users say is missing to make it a more effective tool for us. It would be awesome if the schedule had a Gantt view of the calendar!
