VS Setup newsgroup

If you're running into a setup issue with VS and don't know where to turn, try posting at:

We're trying to be more diligent about helping out on that newsgroup.  Dan (one of our devs), Hong (another PM), and I are meeting daily to answer as many posts as we can.  We also get daily nag emails about posts that aren't answered so if you do post there, we'll try to respond within the next few days.

    We are installing the Test Manager hotfix KB2387011 and getting this error: Product: Microsoft Team Foundation Server 2010 - ENU - Update 'KB2387011' could not be installed. Error code 1603. I have the log file which I can send. Help!!!
