Microsoft Online Service Requests
The Microsoft Online Service provides the ability to create electronic Service Requests which are submitted to the Microsoft Online Support Team to be worked until resolution is provided. Best Practices indicate that all communication with with Support should be done using electronic Service Requests. All customer issues are documented within the SR which is viewable through the Support --> Service Requests tab within the Microsoft Online Admin Center.
When you create an electronic Service Request you should be in the habit of checking back into the Microsoft Online Admin Center --> Service Requests area to determine whether updates have occured. Service Requests can be set to one of the following classifications:
- Active Service Requests
- Currently active service requests:
- Assigned to Microsoft
- Service requests requiring a response from Microsoft Online:
- Assigned to You
- Service requests requiring a response from you:
