1 week to go

Future Students. As of tomorrow (Friday), I have exactly one week to go until I finish my MBA.

Why am I telling you this? Well, just so as you know that I may be a bit hard to catch over the coming seven days & not as responsive as I'd like to be as I finally climb the mountain I first stepped onto back on July 2nd, 2002.

After 6 years, 8 exams, 9 courses, 28 assignments & an unimaginable amount of readings, case-studies & workshops, I'm hoping that:

a) I remember what a social life is supposed to look like

b) I'll be able to see my feet again after doing exactly zero exercise this year

c) My friends will forgive me for constantly saying no, and,

d) That'll all be worth it

Of this last point I have no doubt & so if any of you are considering going back to school or finally getting that degree - then why not give it a shot. What have you got to lose (apart from your sanity, spare cash, well-being & waistline... :-)

Cheers & wish me luck with my Final Project (written, co-incidentally, as a critique / re-imagining of Microsoft's SMB channel strategy).

Robbie

Cheers David - & yes, I'll share my final project with all (however will remove any of the juicy numbers etc). The whole point (for me) of doing something like this is to develop a more strategic approach to business & so if my project can't stand up to peer review, then why do it? Robbie
