Where can I download the SAPI 5.3 SDK?

We periodically get asked where someone can download the SAPI 5.3 SDK.

For SAPI 5.0 & 5.1, the SDK was a standalone download.  It is now part of the platform SDK.  So, all you need to do is go to https://msdn.microsoft.com and search for what you are looking for.  For example, if you search for "SAPI 5.3", the first result returned is the overview page for SAPI 5.3.  There is a discussion on what is new in SAPI 5.3, and then of course all the API documentation and samples are there.

    Hi, I can still not download SAPI. The download link is broken. Can someone fix that?

    Same for me.  The first hit on the search comes to this page, the second hit is to this page: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=5e86ec97-40a7-453f-b0ee-6583171b4530&DisplayLang=en This gives a page that says "We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found." Is there another think this should go to? Thanks,

    Seems like NextUp has a download link at www.nextup.com/sapi.html The direct download link for SAPI is: www.webaloud.com/.../Microsoft-English-TTS-51.msi

    that is sapi51 I need the 5.3 version so windows vista can use the CyberBuddy program properly.
