Where’s the template you need?

We have an astonishingly robust template collection on our site, and judging by the number of downloads, it’s clear many of you take advantage of these free templates. We use these templates too. Sometimes, though, it’s hard to decide exactly how to find what you want.

We know many of you search by category:

or go straight to our Collections pages:

or just search.  We have sliced and diced our offerings in many ways, so we hope there is something that works for you.

For instance, if you were searching for Christmas templates, you might start with a straight search, but find that it is a little overwhelming. You could always go over to our Seasonal Party Template Collections page and browse through the Winter category. image

Once you find a group of templates you can sort any number of ways:

You can also filter how many community-submitted templates you will see:

And if you can’t find exactly the template you are looking for, perhaps you have created your own. In that case, we hope you submit it so that others can benefit from your creativity.

What I’m really curious about, though, is what templates you use in your day-to-day work life. Do we have you covered? What do you need that you haven’t been able to find? We are always interested in your ideas.

Does anyone make obituary templates? There is nothing on Microsoft's website. This is disappointing.

Ms. Johnson - given how personal obituaries are, it's unlikely you will find a template. If you are submitting to a specific site - a newspaper or funeral home, for example - they likely have a list of questions/information that should be included.
