VS 2008 SDK August 2007 CTP released
The VSX team has just released the VS SDK August 2007 CTP and is now available for download for building extensions with Visual Studio 2008 Beta 2. Details about what's new in the VS SDK August 2007 CTP can be found in the blog post from last month on the VS SDK July 2007 CTP.
The August CTP contains two fixes that the July CTP contained, issue #2 and #3 in James Lau's post Building VS Shell with VS 2008 SDK July CTP are fixed in the August CTP build. If you already have the July CTP of the VS SDK and you are not building packages for the VS 2008 Shell, then you will not need to download the August CTP since the fixes applied are only for builds targeting the VS 2008 Shell.
James Lau's blog has additional new posts about building packages for the VS 2008 Shell.
