    Any more details on LockPermissions and Service Control changes?

    Help!!!!! I cannot install Office 2007.  I have tried many times.  It gets about two-thirds through then stops.  I get an error that tells me "windows modules installer stopped working..."    Why did I spend $150 on a program I cannot use?  I need some help.  Thanks in advance
