100052 Azure Backup Agent: Unable to perform operation
Symptoms
Unable to perform any operation.
Cause
The service required for Azure Backup Agent is not running.
Resolution
If you cannot connect to the OBEngine service, verify that the OBEngine exists in the list of running services on the computer. If the OBEngine service is not running use the "net start OBEngine" command to start the OBEngine service.
