FIM Troubleshooting: ECMA 2.x error extensible-connector-refresh-required
SCENARIO
You then attempt to run an action against the ECMAv2 after you have made changes to your ECMA v2 DLL. You notice that the run stops and notice the status "extensible-connector-refresh-required". You then make a modification to the ECMAv2 DLL. This is an indication that you need to refresh the ECMA v2 to recognize the new ECMAv2 DLL.
SOLUTION STEPS
Refresh the ECMA v2 Management Agent through the following steps:
- In the Synchronization Service Manager Console, select Management Agents
- Select the ECMA v2 Management Agent
- From the Actions menu, select Properties (or Double Click on the Management Agent)
- Select Extension DLL and click the Refresh Interfaces button
