How To Get System Information in Windows 10 CTP

According to Microsoft "System Information (also known as msinfo32.exe) shows details about your computer's hardware configuration, computer components, and software, including drivers."

It will show System Summary, Hardware Resources, Components and Software Environment.

In the case of Windows 7, System Information can be launched via the Start button, clicking All Programs, clicking Accessories, clicking System Tools, and then clicking System Information or, by clicking the Start button. In the search box, type System Information, and then, in the list of results, click System Information.

In the case of Windows 10 CTP, there is no such option like Windows 7. In Windows 10 CTP, press Win + R keys to launch Run menu. In the blank space type in msinfo32.exe and hit the enter key to open System Information.

You can also launch System Information from Start Search. In Start Search space type in msinfo32.exe You will get an msinfo32 icon, click on it.

Another way to launch System Information is by via Command Prompt. Right click on Command Prompt and Run as administrator. In the Command Prompt window type systeminfo and press the Enter key.

You may also type ver in the Start Search box of Windows 10 and hit the Enter key to get the same result.
