SharePoint 2013 Troubleshooting: Create new Service Application button is greyed out/disabled in CA

When trying to configure search in SharePoint 2013 site,  so I created new farm account.

Issue

When I was trying to create a new Search Service Application, the New Service application was greyed out/disabled in Central Admin

Solution

Restart the server and the button would be enabled
