EMS users fail to use RMS tracking with error about Premium license

Error:

"We couldn't detect an Azure Rights Management Premium license for you, which is needed to access the document tracking site."

 

While this was still in pre-release (for a long time) we didn’t check that the premium option was enabled, but when it officially released we started checking that and enforcing it.

It's buried under your EMS license option

 

 

To verify/assign the license to the user, can you go to portal.office.com; log in as Admin; Select

Users > Active Users > Select the User, and Click “Edit” Assigned License. Make sure select “Azure Rights Management Premium”.
