Windows 7/10 Troubleshooting: User Profile Service login failed.

DETAIL - The system cannot find the file specified.

Application (Warning):

Windows cannot copy file \\?\C:\Users\Default\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Software Center\.cache to location \\?\C:\Users\TEMP\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Software Center\.cache. 
This error may be caused by network problems or insufficient security rights. 

DETAIL - Access is denied.
