Excel Troubleshooting: Cell navigation (not able to move from cell to cell with keyboard arrows)
Issue
When you try to navigate from cell to cell in Excel with the keyboard buttons, the entire page is moving or the sliders are moving.
Root cause
You're keyboard is set to ScrollLock...
Solution
Disable scrolllock.. seems simple, but you might not find the scroll lock option on your keyboard.

By using the on-screen keyboard you can disable the ScrLck.

Some machines or laptops might not have the ScrLck button, then you could use some special key combinations (like fn button on Lenovo)
