The TargetFrameworkVersion (Android API level {compileSdk}) is lower than the
targetSdkVersion ({targetSdk}).

Please increase the `$(TargetFrameworkVersion)` or decrease the
`android:targetSdkVersion` in the `AndroidManifest.xml` so that the API levels
match.
