A class representing a collection of BillingRoleAssignmentResource and their operations. Each BillingRoleAssignmentResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of BillingAccountResource. To get a BillingRoleAssignmentCollection instance call the GetBillingRoleAssignments method from an instance of BillingAccountResource.
