Gets an object representing a PipelineGroupResource along with the instance operations that can be performed on it but with no data. You can use CreateResourceIdentifier(String, String, String) to create a PipelineGroupResource ResourceIdentifier from its components. MockingTo mock this method, please mock GetPipelineGroupResource(ResourceIdentifier) instead.
